Red Card Meal Plan (“Red Card”, “we”, “us”, or “our”) owns and operates this website and the associated websites and applications (collectively, the “Site”).   • Between the Account holder and Authorized Users—We share and disclose your information between an Account holder and the Authorized Users of the Account as part of our services and to enable an Account holder to manage the Account and payments relating thereto and for Authorized Users to manage their use of the Account and services;
  • With third parties for legal or security reasons
    • We may share information about you if we reasonably believe that disclosing the information is needed to:
      • comply with any valid legal process, governmental request, or applicable law, rule, or regulation.
      • investigate, remedy, or enforce potential violations of our Terms of Use or Privacy Policy or any other policies
      • protect the rights, property, and safety of us, our users, or others.
      • Detect and resolve any fraud or security concerns.
    • With third parties as part of an acquisition or liquidation

Our Site does not support Do Not Track (DNT) at this time. Social Media Features: Our Site includes links to social media features, such as links to our Facebook page. These features may collect your IP address, which page you are visiting while using our services, and any Facebook cookies on your device (including your Facebook ID). These services may set cookies to enable the feature to function properly. Please note that the social media services may collect this information even if you are not logged in to the relevant social media account when you are using the services. We do not share your information with third parties for their marketing purposes.
